Bio

Jarrad Seng is a freelance photographer with a special interest in music, fashion and the arts. In less than three years, he has established himself as one of Perth's leading young artists and has worked with such clients as Perth International Arts Festival, Fairfax Digital, Channel [V] and Sunset Events.

Shooting everything from local fashion shows to some of the biggest bands in the world - Jarrad's passion has taken him on a roller coaster journey around the country, and beyond. In 2011 he produced his debut solo exhibition 'Portraits of Tanzania' and in 2012 is working on a new collection of contemporary portraiture which will showcase the innovative processing techniques he has been developing over the past six months.

His work has won multiple awards, been printed in most state and national publications, and featured in Canon advertising campaigns.

With a passion for music and film, Jarrad has also recently worked on video projects with artists such as Matt Corby, Passenger (UK), Stu Larsen and Tim Hart (Boy and Bear).

Jarrad is passionate, self-taught and fueled by instinct and adrenaline. He thrives on diving head-first into the unknown and lives to capture the unique, the exhilirating and the beautiful moments in life.

Alongside photography, Jarrad is in the final year of a Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Commerce degree at UWA, and work as the Project Development Officer at Propel Youth Arts WA, working on youth initiatives such as Nstional Youth Week and National Refuge Week.
